At Vaishh Essennce, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and purity of our authentic floral creations. Due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our products, we adhere to the following policy:
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is made. All custom duties or additional charges for international and domestic orders shall be borne entirely by the customer.
Vaishh Essennce reserves the right to modify the User Agreement at any time without prior notification. Please note that we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on customized products.

Damages & Issues
We do our best to ensure that our products reach you safely in their most pristine form. We request you to inspect your order within 36 hours of delivery.
In the rare event of defects, damages, or receiving the wrong item, please contact us immediately at nirrupamavaishh@gmail.com. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As per regulations, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.
Cancellation Policy
Standard orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.
- Domestic Orders: Dispatched within 3–4 days of order confirmation.
- International Orders: Dispatched within 3–5 days of order confirmation.
- Express Orders: Dispatched within 1–2 days of order confirmation.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once the order confirmation is issued.
