Domestic Orders (Within India)
We strive to bring the essence of Kannauj to your doorstep with precision and care. Our domestic delivery timelines are as follows:
Prepaid Orders
Dispatch: 1 Working Day
Delivery: 3–5 Days from order date
COD Orders
Dispatch: 1 Working Day
Delivery: 7–8 Days from order date
*Timelines may be affected by public holidays, natural calamities, or unavoidable circumstances.
International Orders (Outside India)
Dispatch Time: 3–5 working days.
Delivery Time: 10–12 days post-dispatch, depending on your global location.
Commercial invoices will be marked as "Merchandise" with a value equal to the order amount. Please note that shipments cannot be marked as "Gifts" or undervalued.
U.S. Government Policy Note: Due to recent policy changes, all applicable customs duties and tariffs for shipments to the United States will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.
Customs & Duties: Any custom charges, VAT, GST, or regional taxes are to be borne by the recipient. Vaishh Essennce is not responsible for government charges or duties applied in your country upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Recommendation: We strongly suggest international customers include their phone number at the end of their shipping address to facilitate smoother customs clearance.
